I have spent more than a decade designing and improving complex commerce systems across WooCommerce, payments, POS integrations, custom plugins, retail workflows and B2B operations.
I am not here to recommend AI for the sake of it. I start by understanding how your business actually operates, then identify where technology produces a meaningful improvement and design the most practical path forward.
That usually means fewer tools rather than more: cleaner architecture, fewer manual steps, and reporting the team can actually trust.
